The Edo State Police Command has arrested the father of the viral “mummy calm down” boy, whose name is Oreoluwa, days after it was reported that his mother had committed suicide.
The spokesperson of the Edo State police command, Mr Nwabuzor reitterated that this is in a bid to get clarity as to the circumstances that led to the demise of the young woman in questionm being his wife.
Nwabuzor said;
“He alerted the neighbours who followed him to the hospital where she was confirmed dead. He’s still with the police and will soon be transferred to the State CID for further investigation.”
Nigerians hadd their say on the incident as some doubt the authenticity of the claim that the death was suicidal.
